All orders placed with our company are binding, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Our company ships ice baths to customers within continental South Africa. Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment upon delivery and reporting any damages or issues within 24 hours.

Warranty and Returns:

Ice baths come with a 6 Month manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues with your ice bath within this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
